We know that starting right guard T.J. Lang suffered a scary-looking concussion—at least the fifth of his career. Though he hasn’t been at his best as Detroit’s swing nickel cornerback/strong safety, he’s one of the stronger defenders in the Lions’ secondary. Considering all of Detroit’s current issues on defense, it’s a definite blow to the team.If Diggs misses any considerable time, expect more play out of guys like third-round pick Tracy Walker—who has looked good in a limited amount of snaps—and Jamal Agnew, who has taken on a much bigger role on defense already this season.
